International Participants
Registration includes all conference expenses as well as accommodation in a single room at Novotel for 4 nights (check-in 16th - check-out 20th)*, Jaipur airport pick-up and drop-off and assistance with Visa processing (ministry clearance).
Important: International participants (faculty, postdoc and students) who are interested to attend the conference and have not been contacted by the organizers are requested to get in touch with the organizers so that their accommodation in Novotel and Visa applications may be arranged ahead of time.
